CARDINAL ELITE'S MISSION is to mentor young female athletes in all aspects of life.  We provide a positive, fun, family first atmosphere that encourages growth both as a player and person.  Our focus is on developing individual and team lacrosse skills, sports performance, and educating our players on the importance of academics and leadership skills.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT Cardinal Elite teams are coached by current and former Division I players committed to teaching the game at a high level.  We develop complete lacrosse players, focusing not only stick skills, but also on the lacrosse IQ, game sense and field awareness during practice and games.

SPORTS PERFORMANCE Portions of our practices are specifically tailored to increase speed, endurance, change of direction, strength and to aid in the prevention of injury.  This allows the girls to experience high level athletic performance training, and to become better overall athletes!

EDUCATION & LEADERSHIP   As former collegiate student-athletes, our staff knows what it takes to succeed off the field and in the classroom.  We encourage dedication to academics and aim to help instill leadership qualities in our players.
